We had a little pow wow yesterday in our song analysis class about what songs we might perform for the final showcase. We went around and listed our choices, and then Professor Ricciardone told us if he agreed or disagreed with us, and why. I said I wanted to sing "Movie in My Mind" but he said he wanted me to sing "Feelings". When I asked him why, he said it was because it was a hard song to pull off and I can sing it well. So that made me happy. And I like the song, I just didn't think he'd pick it for me. But if he thinks I can pull it off, then I'll do it.

Today was an interesting day because after lunch we were supposed to have a master class with some teacher but she never showed up. I think they said it was because there are two similar programs going on and she got the details mixed up. But it was funny because we were just sitting there waiting, and we ended up pulling out our phones and stuff and just hanging out. It was fun. And then we ended up having a mini song analysis session and I got to hear some of the kids from Group B perform, which was really cool.

We had the most amazing pizza for dinner. A bunch of us went to Artichoke to get pizza and it was so GOOD! I had to make myself eat it slowly and savor it. I couldn't even finish it, which made me sad, because it was so yummy. And then I walked across the street with a few other people to get pearl tea (which I guess they call bubble tea on the East coast?) and that was delicious too. I got a coffee milk tea and it was sweetened perfectly, just the way I like it.

We stayed in at the dorms tonight, and watched movies. Well, we attempted to. I fell asleep a couple of times during  Tron, and I missed the entire beginning which I'm pretty sure set up the rest of the movie, so I had no idea what was going on. I wasn't paying attention at all. But that's fine, because I discovered a new game on my phone where they show you a bit of a logo and you have to guess what it is. It's strangely fun.

Tomorrow we're supposed to have some giant master class or showcase that one of our professors, Professor Gill, is putting on. But no one really knows what it is, not even him! So we'll see how that it. It's right after dinner too, until like 10 at night, so I have no idea what we're doing.
