We walked the Brooklyn Bridge today. That's the kind of thing where I've done it once, and don't ever need to do it again. I suppose the view was pretty, but the walk was long and exhausting. And for half of it you don't even get a view. There are just tall metal walls lining the sidewalk that you have to share between pedestrians and bicycles. No on really wanted to walk the bridge, because we were all so tired, but we went and got really yummy ice cream afterward, which kind of made up for it. I got coffee, of course, and it was goooood.

We learned a pretty long tap combo today, or rather, we added more steps to it, but I'm feeling really confident about it because I feel like I'm really getting it. I can do the combination without making a mistake, which makes me happy.

Also, I've made a lot of new friends. Which might seem silly because we've already been in this program for a while, but I'm starting to get to know people I didn't really know all that well before. This one girl, Mimi, is really nice. We definitely clicked well. And overall, I'm just enjoying getting to know new people. Even though I won't see most of them when the program ends, I'm still having fun hanging out with them. Though it's true that after living, eating, and spending every waking hour with these people, I'm almost wishing I could just leave the dorm for a few hours by myself. But that's bound to happen with any group anywhere. If you spend enough time with them, sometimes you get sick of them.

I'm really looking forward to our final performance though. We're learning the dances and songs and everything is coming along. Though I wonder when we'll decide what songs we're singing for the final performance. I definitely have a few options that I need to choose from.
